Genova, Italia | When I was at the planning stage of my les vacances, 2022 Christmas edition, I already had Genoa fixed in mind. I was strongly dedicated to finding a way to squeeze it into the itinerary, one way or another. Regrettably, the most rational and cost-effective way to fit it into my already packed schedule was by means of a 5-hour layover during a connecting bus journey along the Lyon-Pisa route, unfortunately, scheduled for daybreak. Admittedly, it wasn't the most desirable option, but it stood as the sole reasonable choice. I felt compelled to seize the opportunity, recognizing the fact that this Genoa trip was one of those cherished childhood dreams I never thought I would actually have the chance to fulfill, but here it is !🤞
